Daniil Kvyat and Stoffel Vandoorne have been issued two penalty points each on their respective Super Licences following separate incidents during the Austrian Grand Prix.
Kvyat's came as a result of a first corner accident, which saw the Russian lock up and run into Fernando Alonso and Max Verstappen - both of whom were forced to retire shortly afterwards. The stewards have said that Kvyat was penalised as he "braked late", thereby causing the collision. Alongside the points on his licence, he was also given a drive-through penalty during the race.
Vandoorne, meanwhile, was handed an identical punishment for ignoring blue flags "for at least two laps". This most notably occurred as the McLaren was running ahead of Kimi Raikkonen's Ferrari - causing the Iceman to become very irate over the radio.
The Belgian's two points bring him up to five penalty points in total for the year, whilst Kvyat now has seven - the joint most of any driver on the grid, alongside Sebastian Vettel and team-mate Carlos Sainz.

I certainly agree on behalf of Vandoorne. I agree a bit less on behalf of Kvyat, seeing as his blunder cost two other drivers their respective races, but giving him penalty points is to overdo it. If you want to punish him, do it with a longer punishment than a drivethrough.
The Torro Roso guys are collecting very well.
I would reconsider Helmut Marko, if you want to go on with these frustrated boys next year?
