Ferrari have officially launched their 2017 car, called the SF70H. The car was revealed during an online launch at the teams' home at Maranello.

The car features a thumb nose like many others but like Mercedes, have exploited the regulations to add a T-Wing in front of the rear wing. The sidepods are much more narrow and thin than what we've seen in recent years.

The car will be driven by Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen who will be hoping to bounce back from a disappointing 2016 season which saw them winless.

Looks good. Interesting to see the wing on the shark fin and the sidepods give the car an aggressive look. I think it's the best looking car so far!

  • Their rear end packing will make RBR blush. The amount of aggressive profiling of the air intakes on the side pods suggest they are either going to murder their engine choking for cooling the radiators OR they are incredibly confident of their need for lesser cooling which means acquiring air through other areas. That means more efficient combustion. Impressive looking car yet but looks don't matter much if it cant deliver.

    • Yeah, it looks very compact. Could be good, could be bad, we'll have to see.

  • Looks nice. The livery was pretty expected, but they managed to match it well with their car's design anyway, so good on em. Looks very compact.
