Starting grid for the 2018 Japanese Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton took pole position for the Japanese Grand Prix on Saturday while Ferrari suffered a tough showing. The Silver Arrows locked out the front row as they did last week in Russia, where it went on to secure a one-two finish.

It will be aiming to achieve the same at Suzuka and climb ever higher than Ferrari. The Italian manufacturer had an unfortunate day on Saturday, with Kimi Raikkonen getting fourth and Sebastian Vettel having a horrible day, only ending up in eighth.
