Ross Brawn has praised Sebastian Vettel, stating that his driving is putting Formula 1 back in the international spotlight. The last couple of years in F1 has been slightly turbulent after many fans have criticised the direction and spectacle of the show.
However, with the new 2017 regulations, we appear to have a title fight between two teams, Mercedes and Ferrari and the Mercedes' era of dominance looks set to be over. Brawn, who is now the sporting director of F1, says that Vettel's Ferrari push is great for Formula 1.
"What Sebastian is doing in the red car is great advertising for Formula 1," he said. "Most fans want to see a successful Ferrari team, and Sebastian is the key to it."
Red Bull's Dr Helmut Marko believes that Ferrari has the edge over rivals Mercedes, who have been unsettled by the knock of the dominating perch:
"Mercedes is driving more on the limit, while Sebastian is apparently comfortably on the podium always. The Ferrari is more consistent," he said.

He most likely is. Looks like his bet to build a team around him worked out quite nicely. But will it help him win?
