Esteban Gutierrez has said he is pleased with the support on offer from the Haas team, despite him failing to score a single point all season.
The Mexican, returning to Formula One this year after a year as a Ferrari test driver, has finished 11th five times this year, while team mate Romain Grosjean has notched up 28 points so far for the American team.
Despite his barren run, Gutierrez has revealed that the team remain supportive of him.
"You make a big effort, and you see people realise that, and they see how you are performing, and they also consider I didn't have the opportunities," he told Autosport. "It's also frustrating for them because they want me to be successful, they want me to get good results, but they are there behind me."
"We are talking about the guys who are the big decision makers, the very important people, who are very important for my future, so it's fantastic."
