Lewis Hamilton has set the fastest time in the final free practice ahead of the Bahrain Grand Prix. The Brit beat
Sebastian Vettel and teammate
Nico Rosberg. Vettel's teammate Kimi Raikkonen ended up in fourth.
Both the
Williamses ended in the top six, with
Valtteri Bottas slightly faster than
Felipe Massa.
Pastor Maldonado placed his
Lotus in seventh, ahead of
Daniel Ricciardo and Nico Hulkenberg.
Felipe Nasr completed the top ten.
The final practice was shortly red flagged after a spin of
Daniil Kvyat. The Red Bull-driver spun his car and rolled it back into the gravel. The Russian driver would eventually end up in twelfth position.
